📚 OT Learning Labs: Led each month by our Clinical Team Leader, our Learning Labs are designed to empower and grow our team’s knowledge. We’ve mapped out a yearly program with a different clinical or professional development focus each month, ensuring our therapists continue to learn, expand, and feel confident in their practice.
👩🏻🏫 Weekly 1:1 Support Sessions: Every therapist receives weekly individual supervision with an experienced senior OT or team leader. These sessions provide tailored guidance, case discussion, and mentoring to support both clinical growth and personal confidence.
